ATM clients

STREETKIDS.  There are some streetkids in the city who know where to beg for a few pesos to buy lunch (so they say). They hang out near ATM machines (those located near the sidewalk) and ask for money from those they saw have withdrawn money from the ATM machine.

LOCATIONS. An Ear informer said these streetkids know the locations of ATM machines where bank depositors have easy access, mostly along the sidewalk outside a shop. Our informer says the kids would approach and beg for money from someone who has just withdrawn from his ATM account. "Di man sila mamugos," said our informer but because those kids look tough, "kahatagan gyud sila labi na sa babayeng depositor."
