Children smokers

THE EAR - The Freeman

CIGARETTES. A research made by a college thesis writer shows that there are children as young as three years old who smoke cigarettes and the parents are to be blamed for this. Why? Because they (parents) often ask the kids to buy cigarettes for them and tell them: "Dagkuti daan, Dong." The kids pick up the smoking habit that way.

BILL. This thesis writer is now drafting a bill for a congressman uncle to sponsor in congress that would penalize grown-up people, including parents, who let children buy and light cigarettes for them (grown-ups). "Dili ta tudloan ang mga inosenteng bata sa pagsagop sa atong bisyo," she said in a talk with an Ear informer.
