ENTERTAINERS. Did you know that Pinay entertainers, like singers and dancers, in Thailand are receiving better pay than their counterparts from other Southeast Asian countries? An Ear informer who used to manage a night club in Bangkok said this is so because of a number of factors.

EDUCATED. He said most Pinays seeking jobs as singers and/or dancers have higher educational attainment. "They can speak better English and this often comes in handy when a club's customer is American or someone from the British Commonwealth nation," our informer said. "There are non-Pinay entertainers who try to pose as Pilipina but are discovered sooner because of their speech diction," he added.
