Go signal
After some years of all talk about the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit, they'll walk the talk at long last. The NEDA has given the BRT the green light.

Years ago in Manila, there was someone who would leave his home at dawn and splattered human waste on as many padlocks of as many stores on Avenida Rizal as he could manage. He was never nabbed. Until he just vanished from the newspapers' front pages.

My good friend Daido Angel is sad about Nato's passing away because the former vice mayor was his "igso." I feel kind of bad too because Nato was one of the new Osmeñas I could call a friend and me he considered a friend too. I join Daido in wishing his "igso" a peaceful rest.
