TATTOO. While enjoying the sun in Boracay beach sometime ago, a Cebu businessman and his wife saw a Caucasian man in swimming trunks with his body full of tattoo. He was told that the man was a priest.

 

DECENT. Our informer said the tattoos were decent, not provocative, and the priest who spends his summers in Boracay had already explained to some beachgoers like him that the tattoos were part of his freedom of expression.
