This nurse sells dried fish

NURSE. Mildred (not her real name) is a nurse. Like most Pinay nurses she had planned to go abroad after passing the board exam. She refused to take another test. Her aunt advised Mildred to go to business using the money she had prepared for her US trip had she passed the nursing exams.

DRIED FISH. She went into the dried fish business and made good. How she made good is a long story that will have to be written separately. She's earning more than what she thought she would earn abroad as a nurse. "Way glamor ang pagbaligyag buwad. Pero OK lang," she said.
