MONUMENT. The owner of a single story all-concrete building in Bohol that collapsed when the 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit that province doesn't intend to let the building rise again."It will stay that way until the end of time," he was quoted as saying by an Ear informer.

REMINDER. The owner said he wanted the ruined building to remain as it is after the quake to make it a monument of sorts and as a reminder to future generations of Boholanos that their province has experienced something worth pondering. He plans to construct an iron fence around the ruins of his structure.
