Better off without lights

TRAFFIC. There was no road accident at that time nor was there any special occasion, but the traffic congestion on Highway Seno in Mandaue City, particularly within the limits of Subangdaku flyover, has somewhat gone maddeningly bad one day, an Ear informer said.

NEW LIGHTS. A seasoned driver identified the flyover as the easiest access point to SM and the North Reclamation Area from Banilad and Talamban. But the new traffic lights posted at the intersection under it doesn't seem to help, he thought. "Maypa sa una nga way traffic light, diretso-diretso pa ang dagan. Karon, halos di naman hinuon musibog," he said.
