THE EAR - The Freeman

TELESERYE. A middle-aged businessman and a transportation operator who are both known for their so-called “chick-boy” behavior have reduced their nightlife activities in favor of the TV drama shows or teleserye. This was learned by an Ear informer.

AT HOME. The businessman, aged 53, and the transpo operator, believed to be around 45, do not know each other being residents of different cities in Cebu. Their wives told our informer during a community assembly that they are grateful to the TV networks for their “teledramas” because their husbands, who used to hang out in night spots, now come home early to catch the dramas they have become “addicted” to.
