Car sales hitting record high

HEAVY TRAFFIC. Experts say billions of pesos are lost because of the problem caused by the heavy vehicular traffic. Now here's this news that motor vehicle sales for the first half of 2013 have hit a record high. Some 87,226 units were sold from January to June, 2013.

BOON OR BANE?  A lot of people are asking: If the terrible vehicular traffic is resulting in billions of pesos getting lost, are the car-truck sales hitting a record high a boon or a bane to our economy?
