This Negrense said in a talk with an Ear informer that on many occasions the mayor of Talisay City in Negros Occ. has been mistaken as the father of the son of the mayor of Talisay City in Cebu who is known for his many brushes with the law. "I'm making this appeal in fairness to both Visayan cities," the Negrense was quoted by our informer as saying.
