Beware of reckless drivers these rainy days

BE CAREFUL. This victim of an abusive and inconsiderate driver said there ought to be a law against this kind of drivers. “If there is already such a law,” she said, “it must be enforced to the letter especially during these rainy days.” She also called on drivers to be careful and on city authorities to cover the potholes in which rain water stays and splashes on pedestrians when hit by motor vehicles.
