Mother reports a different kind of "computer Internet"

COMPUTERS. A woman identifying herself as the mother of two high school girls called up The Ear to report the existence of many computers with internet connection in some homes in their neighborhood. “Dili kini mga internet café,” she said, “mga computer lang nga hughugan piso-piso maka-internet na ang mga bata.”

OPEN TO ALL. These computers which the customers call “piso-piso” are popular among boys and girls, most of them students in elementary and high schools, according to The Ear caller. “Gagmay pang grading mga bata kamao na mo-facebook-facebook kay mangita’g chatmate nga Kano.”
