Retired doc spends time selling Sto. Niño icons

SOUVENIR ICONS. A medical doctor made quite a sum selling souvenir icons of the Sto. Niño during the last Fiesta Señor celebration. An Ear informer said the doctor who has retired from private practice bought dozens of the Sto. Nino icons and sold them as souvenirs to balikbayans and some members of some Sinulog contingents.

YEARLY AFFAIR. Buying and selling Sto. Niño images has been a yearly business affair of this retired doctor, according to The Ear informer who happens to be this doctor’s neighbor. “Usahay dinosena ang iyang mabaligya sa usa lang ka deal,” our informer said.
