Enmity between followers of Bonifacio and Aguinaldo goes on

BONIFACIO VS. AGUINALDO. The enmity between the followers of Andres Bonifacio and Emilio Aguinaldo in Cebu continues. An Aguinaldo follower got irked when he saw and heard a Bonifacio supporter tell some beer drinkers that it was Aguinaldo who ordered the killing of Bonifacio.

LIBELOUS. The pro-Aguinaldo guy said what the pro-Bonifacio man said was libelous. The latter laughed aloud with the beer drinkers joining him. “History kana,” he said. “Ikiha’g libel ang mga author sa history.” The Bonifacio-Aguinaldo argument cropped up as the nation celebrated Bonifacio Day.
