SOLICITATION. An Ear informer chanced upon a solicitation letter signed by a high ranking police official, soliciting for funds for the construction of a clubhouse “to provide a venue for social gatherings of its personnel and dependents.”

RIGHT OR WRONG? The informer, upon seeing the letter, raised the question,” Pwede diay sila magsolicit para ani,” wondering at the same time to whom the solicitation letters were given to. “Maayo unta kung sa ila rang kauban nga mga police nagsolicit. Ang kuyaw kay kung apil pud ang ubang tao,” the informer said.
