City resident dares Tom O to help North Recla too

CHALLENGED. Another city resident has challenged former Mayor Osmeña to give the North Reclamation Project equal attention with the South Reclamation (dubbed as SRP by the City South District representative). “The time wasted on the North Reclamation can be quantified in terms of millions of pesos,” he said.
