Picture taking on the Way of the Cross

PICTURE TAKING ONLY. Last Holy Week many people from many places spent some time in Danao City’s famous life-size Station of the Cross. An Ear informer said most, if not all, who went there were not seen praying but just taking turns in having their pictures taken. “Nihago og tungas sa nahimutangan sa Via Crus aron lang magpakuha og souvenir photos,” our informer said.

PROOF. One observer said this is one proof of the fact that many people, especially the young ones, are still making the Holy Week activities not for meditation but for fun.
