PUJ seen flying British flags on Royal Wedding day

ROYAL FAN? On the day of the much-publicized Royal Wedding in London, a passenger jeepney here was seen flying two British flags of considerable size. Its sides were decorated with newspaper tearsheets of the photos of the groom and the bride and also newsprint photos of Queen Elizabeth and the late Princess Diana. Naturally, the jeepney attracted some attention.

LAUGHING STOCK. The driver of the said PUJ said he did not want to drive the jeepney because he was made a laughing stock by fellow drivers. “Pero saon man nga mao may gihimo sa tag-iya sa jeep ug nagkinahanglan kog kwarta,” the driver said.
