BRITISH FLAG. A jeepney with a British flag flying from its hood was stopped by a traffic enforcer who tried to arrest the driver. "Nganong dakpon man ko nimo?" the driver asked. "Langyaw man nang bandera imong gidispli diha," the enforcer said. "Naa bay ordinansa batok ani?" the driver argued. "Duna," said the enforcer, "pero pangita-onon pa." The Ear informer said he laughed so laud the enforcer "looked daggers" at him.
PHL FLAG. The Ear informer told the PUJ driver to fly the Philippine flag instead. You know what the driver said: "Mas nindot man ning bandera sa British. Sum-ol na nang bandera ta."
