Drive against "isnabero" taxi drivers a failure?

“ISNABERO” TAXI DRIVER. The reported campaign of the LTO and DOTC against what they call “isnabero” taxi drivers is a failure, at least here in Cebu. A businesswoman reported to The Ear that she wanted to take a taxi (with body number 1290) last Dec. 24 but was arrogantly refused a ride. “Mopasakay apan pakyaw lang daw,” the woman said.

ANOTHER “ISNABERO”. Another “isnabero” was reported to The Ear earlier the same day (Dec. 24) by a mother with two little kids in tow. This one is worse. The complaining mother said: “Naka sud nami sa taxi dihang giingnan nga pakyaw lang. Dihang nireklamo ko, nasuko ang maong driver ug gipakanaug mi. Pagkahuman mipasirit og dagan. Sa unahan dunay gipasakay nga duha ka puti.”
