Joavan in trouble again? So what's new?

NOTHING NEW. When the news came out that Joavan, the adopted son of Mayor Soc, again landed in hot water, nobody in the media was surprised. When it was yet another situation involving a government-owned vehicle, a gun, a guard and suspected drug paraphernalia, nobody in the cofeeshop who read the about the news even raised an eyebrow.
