Still overloading buses

NO ACTION. An Ear informer forwarded a message from a concerned citizen who is appealing for the LTO’s immediate action. The informer said that buses to and from Toledo City are still overloaded. It could be recalled that a bus rammed into a concrete fence in Toledo City last July 3, killing 15 people and injuring more than 40 passengers. The informer said, “Ang LTO wa gyud gihapon ni-aksyon sa overloading sa mga bus gikan Toledo.”

NINGAS COGON. A mediaman commented that oftentimes these government agencies are like ningas cogon. He said, “Reactionary kaayo. Kung naay mahitabo, hala mangugat og react. Mo tutok sa trabaho samtang init pa ang issue. Pero inig labay sa pila ka adlaw, wala na, ugdaw dayon. Mobalik na sad sa naandan nga tinapolan.”
