Sitio disco

LIKE AN EARTHQUAKE. A sitio in Barangay Lahug held a disco at their basketball court last weekend. The Ear informer said that many residents who live around the area were affected by the deafening noise. A college student said, “Grabe ang saba. Ni-uyog among kisame ug bong-bong sa ilang sounds. Mora’g ga-earthquake. Makabungol ang kasaba.” Another resident said, “Tungod sa lagubo sa disco, gahu-ot akong dughan. Nitaas pag-ayo akong BP.”

TIL 7AM. The Ear informer said that what made matters worse, was that the disco lasted until past 7 in the morning, so sitio residents suffered not only the ill effects of the loud music, but also of lack of sleep. The informer said, “Di ba naa man tay gi-ingon nga anti-noise ordinance? Wala man gipatuman.”
