DARK STREET. An Ear informer has complained about Escario St. The street lights there are few and far between. The informer said that many foreign tourists walk along this street, and adjacent J. Solon St., where the Korean Christian church is located. He said, “Ngit-ngit kaayo nang lugara. Kuyaw sa mga puti nga turista ug mga Koreano nga pirmi manglakaw diha.”
NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES. The Ear informer added that because of the dimly lighted Escario St., many activities that thrive in the dark have sprung up in the area. He said holduppers, snatchers, and commercial sex workers are frequenting the area. “Mga babaye nga bayaran ug mga bayot magsige og tambay dihang dapita.”
