Two-year-old kid threatens to stab four-year-old playmate

VIOLENT BOYS. Violence knows no age. The Ear heard that a four-year-old boy punched a two-year-old kid for no apparent reason in the downtown area. The two-year-old got upset and asked his cousin for the knife. The toddler, who is still in diapers and can’t even form complete sentences yet told his cousin, “‘Silyo be, silyo!” He said he wants to stab the boy who punched him.

THEY LEARN YOUNG. The mediaman who saw this felt a mixture of amusement and dismay. He told The Ear, “Magkatawa ka nga maguol. Bisan ga-yungit pa og sulti ang bata, ga-bakang-bakang pa’g lakaw, violent na kaayo. Kutsilyuon kuno niya iyang kaaway. Hahay ning mga bata karon. Sayo na kaayo nakat-on.”
