Friday the 13th: Day of bad luck?

BEWARE. Today is Friday the 13th. Since many believe that this day will bring bad luck or bad things to occur, a businessman decided not to withdraw a huge sum of money today and postpone his withdrawal until Monday. He told his friend, “Di lang usa ko manuweldo karon ‘Bay kay Friday the 13th baya. Basin ma-unsa unya.” His friend replied, “Naglikay ka’s dimalas unya ang imong mga tawo na hinuon dimalason karon kay dili makakuwarta.” 

NO CASINO TODAY. A gambler who frequents the casino also said he will not gamble today as it is Friday the 13th. He told his mediaman friend, “Dili ‘sa ko mag-casino ron kay basin dimalason ko. Friday the 13th ra ba.”
