Kris support can tear Noy's foes
The headline says: "Indecent Acts in Simala Exposed." Three ex-monks claim there's monghe business there.

They're calling Kris Aquino "Miss Bleeding Heart." Because, well, she loves to cry. Her strong support for brother Noynoy can tear the opponents apart.

Gibo Teodoro's running mate in the Lakas-Kampi presidential ticket is DILG's Ronnie Puno. Commenting on this, a city hall employee was heard saying: "Kini si Puno wa pa gani mapilde nagkusmod na."

Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago is right. I believe her when she said, in effect, that if Ping Lacson and Jinggoy Estrada do not stop their mudslinging, the two of them would wake up one morning buried in mud.

A garbage dump truck on a test run at the North Reclamation Area hit another dump truck and turned out to be like the garbage it was supposed to carry. (See TF photo on page 6, Sept. 18/09.)

E-mail from Nancy Tipay: "If the allegations of the three ex-monks from the famous and sacred shrine of Our Lady in Lindogon, Simala, are true, something must be done about it. If they're not true, still something must be done to repair the damage done."

Right or wrong, these allegations by the three deposed monks should not adversely affect the thousands of Marians -- and plain devotees -- who flock to the Lindogon shrine everyday. The Blessed Mother has nothing to do with the scandalous happenings in Mama Mary's shrine.

We are again celebrating Press Freedom Week. I'm joining the celebration in spirit -- I mean in my thought and in my heart. I want to take part in all the activities but while the spirit is willing, the flesh is saying: "Ayaw na'g patuga-tuga diha..."
