Caroling streetkids are back

EARLY START. It’s still the start of the ‘Ber months yet Christmas caroling has begun. Many have observed that streetchildren have started climbing onboard jeepneys and knocking on car windows to sing Christmas carols hoping to get coins in return. This has been frowned on for a few years now since this practice exposes children to danger. In previous years, many children have been injured but the barangay officials and police have been helpless.
