Transvestites allowed in the women's restrooms?

TRANSVESTITE. A city matron called up The Ear to ask if transvestites or homosexuals in women’s dress and facial makeup are allowed by law to answer the call of nature in the ladies restroom. She said while she was in a ladies CR in a shopping mall, a transvestite entered to fix himself. “Hibawo ko nga bayot to siya kay silingan man namo,” the matron said.

OLD ISSUE. The aforementioned issue has revived an old one where some observers have suggested that a third restroom be set up in the malls exclusively for the third sex. A priest, no less, once made a similar suggestion.
