Government vehicle with a siren?

SPOTTED. After The Ear posted Monday about the yellow multicab of the City Treasurer’s Office with plate number SJE775 spotted at a hotel last Valentine’s Day at 10:30 pm, another government vehicle was spotted yesterday, 5 pm, at Ayala Business Park, a white Toyota car with red plates, sounding a siren during heavy traffic at the area. ILLEGAL USE OF SIREN. The Ear informer told a mediaman what he saw. “That’s illegal,” said the newspaper editor. “Only the police, fire department and ambulances can use the siren.” The informer also said that the white Toyota was driven by a young man who appeared to be in his late 20’s. He said, “Gamay ra gani ang trapik didto, nagpa-siren dayon siya. Hambugero kaayo’g dating.”
