Where are the traffic enforcers of Talisay?

COLLISION. An Ear informer said that Tuesday morning, at about 7AM, two private vehicles collided near a mall in Tabunok which resulted to heavy traffic in that area. No traffic enforcers were present to man the traffic or take sketches of the collision. But at the next street corner,  the Ear informer saw a group of traffic enforcers, all six of them sitting and doing nothing, seemingly unaware of the accident that happened. The informer said, “Makalagot gyud kay morag wala gyud sila kahibalo sa nahitabo. Naglingkod ra, nagtabi.”

ONLY FOR VIP. The Ear informer, a resident of Talisay City said that it seems that these traffic enforcers are alert only when there are VIPs around. She said, “Katong pag bisita ni PGMA, makakita ka nila kada eskina, nindot kaayo’g mga uniform, pero kung wala sab gani VIP, na ambot lang. Ingon ani man gyud ni sila, magsige la’g pasilong. Kung mag ulan, magpasilong. Kung init, magpalandong.”
