Blinker as décor on a private car illegal?

- The Ear -

ONLY FOR DECOR. Is there a law against the putting of a blinker (like the one used by the police) as decoration on a private car? The question was asked by a car owner who said he was apprehended by a Citom enforcer who saw the blinker on his car. “Adorno ra gud ning blinker sa akong awto. Way electrical connection. Uso man ni sa Japan ug Hong Kong. Wa may naaprehended tungod tingali kay way Citom sila didto,” the car owner said.

NOT EVEN A BULB. The same car owner said the blinker on his car may look like that we see on the roof of police cars but it has no electrical wires, not even a bulb (bombilya). “I don’t think there is a law against using this replica of a police car blinker on a private car,” he said. “Abi sulti-i kuno ko, Sir, kun duna bay balaud nga against ini kay tangtangon ko dayon ang blinker sa akong awto.”
