Gwen and Tom “eyed”  for veep post in 2010

FOR VICE PRESIDENT.  Two opposition politicians in Makati were talking about the possible vice presidential running mate of whoever GO would pick as candidate for president.  Two probables mentioned were Cebu Gov. Gwen Garcia and Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña.  This according to the Ear source who said the politicians were attending a meeting in a Makati hotel.  “Wa man gyud nila ang-anga, ang duha man gyud ka isog nga Cebuano leaders ang gitumbok,” the source said, “pero okay man sab.”

ALTERNATIVE JOB.  Friends of a guest relations officer (GRO) in one of the leading nightspots in Cebu has been advised by friends to make a “career change” so to speak.  But she ignored the advice and even told her friends: “Naanad nako aning trabahoa.  Dakog kita, sayon ra kaayong buhatonon.”
