This taxi driver picked up a Caucasian passenger near a posh hotel in Mactan. The passenger wanted to spend an evening with a woman but he told the driver he wasn't paying any woman for the pleasure she would give him.

"But it's SOP anywhere in the world for any man who takes out a woman for pleasure to pay her," the cabbie said.

"Not me," the white passenger said. "With my handsome face, I don't have to pay any woman who sleeps with me."

Somewhere in uptown Cebu, the self-proclaimed handsome foreigner was able to pick up a beautiful woman standing outside of a hotel. He boarded the taxi with the woman, announcing to the cabbie that he had just found the most beautiful woman in town. He was a picture of a man possessed.
