Retired military man suggests news blackout in AFP-MILF battle

NEWS BLACKOUT. A retired military man suggested to The Ear that there should be a news blackout in the battle between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front forces. He said, “Dapat dili na ibalita unsa ang mga lakang himuon sa government troops kay makahibalo ang kontra, pilde na daan ang mga sundawo.”

NO MAN’S LAND. This same retired military man said that Basilan, the expected battleground between the AFP and the MILF should be declared a “No Man’s Land.” He said, “Mas maayo nga palayason usa ang mga civilians dihang dapita para dili gamitong shield sa kontra kay maglisod ang militar ana molihok kung himuong hostage unya ang mga inosenteng civilians.”
