Motorcycle-riding policeman seen not wearing helmet

JUST A BASEBALL CAP. An mediaman saw a uniformed policeman riding a yellow motorcycle without a helmet at Escario corner Solon Sts. at 5:15PM yesterday. He only wore a baseball cap with "CCPO" marked at the back of the cap.
