NO TO NEW UNIFORMS. The Ear heard that even though the Cebu City government has allocated an allowance of P2,000 per person for new uniforms, the personnel at this government office are not wearing them. This concerned government employee told The Ear that the uniform allowance was given way back in early 2006 but none have complied with the memo to wear the new uniforms, not even the casual employees. The informer said, "Naa man gyud memo na magsul-ob uniform tanan.
ON WITH THE SHABBY UNIFORMS. The Ear informer said that it's unfair that only the doctors, nurses and midwives of this government office comply with the order to wear uniforms. Unfair."
