Policewoman at records section always missing

A reporter told The Ear that even as early as 10:30 in the morning, this policewoman who is advancing in years is already missing from her post. One day, a reporter who needed an item at the records section waited for her from 10:30AM until 3PM but not even a glimpse of her shadow could be found. The Ear is wondering: Is she is taking a long lunch break?
