A Japanese resident here has expressed disappointment that one big Cebu achievement has been overlooked because of the noisy brouhaha over the controversial Cebu International Convention Center. He was referring to the launching of the giant ship-a-car carrier at the Balamban shipyard a few days ago. He said the launching event is a global achievement but did not receive much publicity here. His Cebuano companion said: "Nadismayar si Sir kay involved man ang Japanese shipbuilders sa proyekto."
