PMSA statement on Veco robbery article

Your newspaper released an irresponsible statement implicating our janitor Salje Amante and messenger Avelito Burgos as suspects in the robbery at Veco Mandaue on Oct. 30, 2006. Such irresponsible statement grossly affects the integrity and reputation of our agency PMSA. We have a contract with Veco for general services and your statement puts our interest at stake.
Unless you have solid proof that our janitor and messenger were in connivance with the robbers, you should not make irresponsible statements which is actionable in court.
Such statement was released in complete disregard of our agency's integrity and reputation. We demand that you apologize in writing and refrain from making the same mistake.
