Kids sniff rugby onboard jeep, harass teen girls

RUGBY BOYS AND GIRLS. The Ear heard that a group of rugby-sniffing boys and girls roughed up a group of teenage girls inside a Colon-bound jeepney Sunday afternoon. The Ear informer said that seven kids age 12 to 19 got onboard a 13-C jeepney near a mall. As soon as they sat down, they all started sniffing rugby inside plastic bags. The informer said, "Ang jeep puwerteng baho-a sa rugby nga gi-sige'g simhot sa mga bata. Ang mga nawong nila, bangag na kaayo. Tanang pasahero gipangkulbaan."

RUGBY-SNIFFING MOM. The Ear informer added that one of the rugby-sniffing kids was a girl of about 16 holding a baby in her arms. She likewise was busy sniffing the noxious fumes of the chemical, unmindful of the thin, dirty-looking baby lying on her lap. "Luoy kaayo ang bata. Klarong malnourished kay addict man ang mama."

TERRIFIED TEENS. When the jeep stopped at the intersection of Archbishop Reyes and Gorordo Ave. the rugby boys and girls, obviously high, started roughing up the passengers, mostly teenage girls. One rugby boy of about 12 slapped the thigh of a teenage girl and yanked out her hair. This sent the girl and her friends screaming in fright. The other rugby boys and girls followed suit in harassing the teenage girls. They were slapped, pinched, kicked and their shirts yanked. After several seconds of this abuse, the scruffy-looking, rugby-sniffing gang scrambled out of the jeep and ran away, leaving the passengers trembling in the aftershock. The Ear informer said, "Kaming tanan gipangluspad sa kahadlok. Abi namo luba-on na mi."
