MANILA, Philippines - After enjoying their first year with the little prince, Clarence House announced via Twitter that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second royal child.

And just recently, rumors about the the 32-year-old Duchess' effort to get pregnant with twins went around in circles. After weeks of speculation, the cat is finally out of the bag, and everyone including the prime minister is delighted about it.
