Batangas hospital gets ultrasound machine

MANILA, Philippines — Through the efforts of Sen. Bong Go and his office, the Batangas Provincial Hospital received an ultrasound machine on Wednesday.

Pilipinas Shell Foundation Inc. (PSFI) donated the ultrasound machine.

In his speech, Go thanked all frontliners for their service during the pandemic.

“We are in the middle of this global health crisis and we express our sincerest gratitude to you, our valuable health professionals, for tending to the sick and for risking your lives in the process,” he said.

Go thanked PSFI for trusting him and his office to facilitate the distribution and turnover of ultrasound machines to hospitals that need them most.

Go’s office had earlier facilitated the turnover of another ultrasound machine donated by PSFI as well as food packs to frontliners at the JR Borja General Hospital in Cagayan de Oro City.
