MANILA, Philippines — The body of a man was dumped along a street in Quezon City before dawn yesterday.
Jeffrey Serteza’s body was found along Aranete Avenue in Barangay Tatalon at around 2:10 a.m. by a security guard doing his rounds at a nearby establishment, police said.
An identification card was found on the victim.
Serteza’s legs were bound using zip ties, police said, adding that there were two puncture wounds on his chest and left flank and ligature marks on his neck and wrists.
The case was turned over to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City police.
