DAGUPAN CITY, Philippines – Two teenage girls drowned on a beach in Barangay Bonuan Binloc in this city on Sunday afternoon.
Superintendent Christopher Abrahano, city police chief, identified the fatalities as Karen Madraso, 14, and Myla Carvajal, 15.
The victims were on a family outing when the accident occurred.They were declared dead on arrival at the Region 1 Medical Center.
