NORTH COTABATO , Philippines – Police are facing a blank wall on the recent murders of two motorcycle owners in Midsayap and Libungan towns in this province.
The victims, Ibrahim Manisil, 30, and Arturo Bergas, 32, were killed by motorcycle-riding men in separate attacks in Nabalawag, Midsayap, and in Kapayuran, Libungan, respectively.
The assailants escaped, leaving the victims and their motorcycles.
Investigators said an old grudge or drugs could be the motive for the killings, which occurred on Thursday.
