SAN FABIAN, Pangasinan, Philippines – A village watchman from Metro Manila drowned on a beach here Saturday.
The body of Cristobal Madrid of Malabon City was found near the shores of Barangay Nibaliw Magliba at around 6 p.m.
Reports said the victim disappeared as he and his friends were swimming.
