Man nabbed for partner’s slay

TAYUG, Pangasinan, Philippines – After six months in hiding, a man tagged in the murder of his live-in partner was arrested here over the weekend.

Tee Jay Marcolino alias Peter, 30, was arrested in Barangay Libertad for allegedly killing his lover Dolly Fragata last April.

A case against the suspect was filed last June after he reportedly admitted the crime to his father, Samuel, through a telephone call.

Marcolino reportedly used a hammer to beat Fragata to death during a quarrel sparked by jealousy and buried her underneath their house.

He went into hiding after the incident.
