MANILA, Philippines - Four children aged three to 12 were buried alive in a landslide in Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay on Tuesday night.
Reports reaching Camp Crame yesterday identified the victims as Fatima, 12; Eugene, 9; Sherlyn Mae, 7; and Eziquel Meziah, 3, all surnamed Mag-hanoy.
Police investigation showed the victims were resting in abandoned house in Barangay Sayao, Kabasalan town waiting for the rain to stop, when their parents suddenly heard them shouting for help.
